I rated dignity and respect low as I was in a bed in a corridor with no privacy whilst very unwell for 12 hours, this included being treated by nurses and consulted by doctors in a very public place when I was very vulnerable. I was also offered 1 drink the whole time.

Suggested improvements
Provide some sort of privacy fix to avoid being treated in public even if space is an issue (e.g mobile curtain).

I came in with symptoms of a suspected stroke. It ended up being a TIA. I waited 16hours before I see a doctor or anyone in A&E I was moved from area to area and stood there while a nurse told the porter than had taken me to the department that they wouldn't treat me and I should of called an ambulance The service was shocking

Everything. Having suffered a TIA and having extremely high bloodpressure I should not of waited 16 hours before being seen

Really knowledgable staff who cared for me with compassion and understanding. They went above and beyond and cared for me well. I was discharged as quickly as they could. Thank you

Very poor service my daughter got brought in on oxygen she is 5 months and was on oxygen the whole time then got released the same night with nothing
